At Riser AI Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI automation services, including AI voice agents, workflow automation, and integrations. Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with the solutions we provide.

General Policy

Due to the nature of custom automation and digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun. This is because our services involve significant time, expertise, and resource allocation from the start of the project.

Exceptions

We may offer partial or full refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • If no work has been started and you cancel within 3 business days of purchase.

  • If Riser AI Solutions is unable to complete the agreed project due to circumstances within our control.

  • If a refund is required by applicable law.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed or partially completed services

  • Subscription or retainer payments for ongoing support

  • Third-party software, licensing fees, or tools purchased on your behalf

Revisions & Support

If you are not satisfied with the deliverable, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions in line with the agreed scope.
For ongoing plans, you may cancel future billing at any time, but no refunds will be issued for previous payments.
