  • Calls to our number are answered by an AI assistant and recorded, so we can follow up.
  • The chat on our website is answered by AI. We keep a chat only if you ask us to follow up.
  • We use your information to serve you and to send the newsletter you asked for.
  • We don't sell your data. Ever.
  • We share it only with the services that help us run the business, and we name them below.
  • We set no tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not collect your personal data.
  • You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time.

1. Introduction

Riser AI Solutions LLC (“Riser AI Solutions,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

By using our website, services, or contacting us, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information we collect

  • What you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and details about your project or automation needs, when you contact us, book a call or ask for a quote.
  • Newsletter: your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name.
  • Phone calls: calls to 832-981-4811 are answered by an AI assistant. Calls are recorded and transcribed. The details you share, such as your name, email address and reason for calling, are saved so we can follow up with you.
  • Website chat: the chat assistant on this site is an AI. What you type is sent to Anthropic, which runs the AI model, to write each reply. We do not keep chat conversations. Your browser keeps the chat while you move between pages and clears it when you close the tab. If you ask us to follow up, your name, your email or phone number, what you need, the page you were on and that conversation are sent to us so we can reply. When you first send a message, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a person, using your IP address and browser details.
  • Technical information: our website host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request details, such as your browser type, to deliver this site and protect it from abuse. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address. The animations on our homepage load from jsDelivr, a public code host, which also receives your IP address.

3. How we use your information

  • Provide and manage our services.
  • Communicate with you about your project, billing, or updates.
  • Send the newsletter you signed up for.
  • Send other marketing only with your consent.
  • Improve our services and website experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. SMS & Messaging Communications

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Riser AI Solutions, we use your mobile phone number solely to send messages related to your inquiry or services, such as consultation confirmations, reminders, service updates, and follow-up communications.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers for third-party marketing purposes. SMS data is used only for communication and service delivery and may be processed by trusted messaging service providers (such as Twilio) solely to facilitate message delivery.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at hello@riseraisolutions.com.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run our business, and only as much as each one needs:

  • Cloudflare hosts this website, checks chat visitors for bots (Turnstile; see Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum) and counts page visits for us (Web Analytics).
  • Anthropic runs the AI model that answers the website chat.
  • Google runs our booking calendar, our email, the newsletter subscriber list, and this website’s fonts.
  • jsDelivr serves the animation code on our homepage.
  • n8n connects our tools, handles newsletter signups and passes chat follow-up requests to us.
  • Retell AI answers, records and transcribes calls to our number.
  • Airtable stores the details from those calls.
  • Resend delivers the newsletter.
  • Modal runs the program that sends the newsletter.
  • Twilio delivers text messages, if you opt in to them.
  • Relay, our business bank, sends our invoices and receives payments.
  • Subcontractors, when needed to deliver your project. They are bound by confidentiality.

We may also share your information with legal authorities if required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Newsletter

Every newsletter email includes a link to unsubscribe. If you sign up more than once with the same email address, you still have one subscription.

7. Data retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. This includes call recordings. You can ask us to delete yours at any time. Chat follow-up requests are kept with our other enquiries.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of your personal data.
  • Correct inaccurate or outdated information.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

9. Cookies and tracking

We do not set cookies. We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, run by our host, Cloudflare. Cloudflare states that it does not collect or use visitors’ personal data. Our host may also set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site and its chat from abuse. If any of this changes, we will update this policy first.

Sites you visit from our links, such as Google Calendar for booking, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, have their own privacy policies.

10. Children

Our website and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

11. Data security

We use reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
